"When we listen and celebrate what is both common and different, we become a wiser, more inclusive, and better organisation." - Pat Wadors
Northam Army Camp Heritage
Association Inc.
Northam Army Camp Heritage Association Inc (NACHA) was formed to share the stories of those who had used the Northam Army Camp and Holden Camp. These included Military (1933 – 1941) (1951-2022), Prisoners of War (1942-1946) and Displaced Persons following WWII (1947-1951).
This resulted in Northam having a strong multicultural community. This community has grown as other migrants have come to Northam and been welcomed.
